The Telaris extension requires a signed-in Telaris website session. Password entry stays on the website; the extension does not copy or store passwords, session tokens, or cookies. It reads your account display information and checks session status through Telaris.
When you choose a page scan, the extension reads loaded page and profile content, published email addresses and phone numbers, including accessible embedded content. Results, company/person form drafts and scan preferences are saved in local extension storage. Removing the extension removes this local extension storage. Deep Scan can fetch linked Contact or About pages, and employer lookup can fetch a linked company page.
When you submit discovery, the entered domains and names are sent to Telaris. Verification sends the email addresses you submit to Telaris. Requests use your website account, plan and credits, and server retention described below applies. The extension does not automatically submit scanned contacts for verification or send page contents for analytics.
VisitorLog (IP, geo, path) for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Verification requests: email address, domain, MX, SMTP probe results stored 30 days in VerificationCache. Verified leads you save: email, name, company, domain, score, verdict.
We never sell your data. We never share leads between users. Non-admin views never expose smtpResponseCode, probedMx, or evidence ledger — only mailboxVerdict, status, and qualityScore.
VerificationCache 30 days, creditTransaction ledger permanent for billing audit, VisitorLog 90 days, VerifiedLead until you delete. Global blocklist entries persist until admin removes.
Email verify@telaris.calicx.com for deletion, export, or correction. GDPR/CCPA requests handled within 7 days.
